58th Tokamachi City Art Exhibition
Public exhibition of painting, three-dimensional work, calligraphy and photography. Open 09:00–18:00, closing 15:00 on Nov 16. Artwork submission is Nov 10, 12:00–19:00; adult entry starts at JPY 1,500 per work. Check the official entry rules if exhibiting.
