Salted-salmon workshops Nov 22, 29 and Dec 6, 13:30–16:00. Six adult or parent-child groups per day. Reservations open Nov 11; price about JPY3,500 subject to supply. Shortage may cause cancellation. Collect the prepared salmon the following Saturday.

鮭の塩引きを作る体験。11月22・29日、12月6日に開催、各日13時30分～16時。大人・親子6組ずつ。申込は11月11日から、料金は3500円程度で原料価格により変動。不漁で中止の場合あり。完成品は各回の翌週土曜に持ち帰り。
