Traditional Konnyaku Making
Learn traditional konnyaku making using wood-ash lye. JPY 5,500 including guide, activity and insurance. Six places, minimum four participants; book by December 3. Bring a head cloth, apron and hand towel; dress warmly. The pin marks the meeting point; children of primary-school age and younger must join with a guardian.

大辻商店の大辻徹路さんが、木の灰のアクを使う昔ながらの製法で作る。春日大社の神饌に選ばれたこんにゃく。定員6名(最少催行4名)、先着順。室温が外気に近いため防寒が必要 12月3日締切、定員6名・最少4名。三角巾・エプロン・タオル、防寒着を持参。地図は集合場所です。小学生以下は保護者同伴。
