Culture, local business and international-exchange events around Madokapia, mainly 10:00–17:00 with venue-specific hours. Exhibits, performances, produce sales and children's activities. Tea gathering JPY 300. Library story sessions need no booking but admit the first 20 per session; some performances prioritize advance bookings. Parking is limited.

まどかぴあ周辺の文化・産業・国際交流の催し。主な催しは10〜17時、会場・内容により異なる。作品展示、舞台、農産物販売、子ども向け体験など。茶会300円。図書館おはなし会は申込不要・各回先着20名、一部公演は事前申込優先。駐車場が限られるため公共交通機関を推奨。
