About the event
A two-day festival of workshops, exhibitions, music and dance in Kushiro. Programs run within 09:00–17:00 on November 7 and 09:00–16:00 on November 8; each program has its own hours, age requirements and fees. Open to the public, with advance applications and capacity limits for some activities. Applications handled by the center close November 2 and must be submitted in person, by post or fax, not by telephone. Activities booked directly with individual organizers have separate conditions. 釧路市生涯学習センター まなぼっと幣舞
入場・展示・ステージ観覧無料。一部講座・体験は材料費等が必要（企画ごとに異なる）
11/7は9:00～17:00、11/8は9:00～16:00の間で企画別に実施。釧路のまなぼっと幣舞で、体験講座、作品展示、音楽や踊りのステージなどを楽しむ生涯学習の催し。開始・終了時刻、対象年齢、参加費は各企画で異なります。 誰でも参加できる催し。一部は事前申込・定員あり。センター窓口受付分は11/2締切、窓口・郵送・FAXで申込（電話受付不可）。主催団体に直接申し込む企画は各条件を確認。
