Displays of Oshu chrysanthemums, bonsai, flower dolls and community works. Usually 9:30–17:00; October 30 opens at 10:00 and November 3 closes at 16:00. General viewing is separate from the already closed growing-course applications. No advance-registration requirement for viewing or cancellation notice is listed.
