Construction-machine demonstrations and stage shows. The pin marks Oyama; Tochigi Plant is at Yokokurashinden 110. Children’s mini-excavator activity requires lottery entry by November 3, with no walk-ins. Light rain is acceptable; heavier rain cancels it. Shuttle from Oyama Station.
